If you cancel a confirmed booking, the amount refunded depends on how much notice you give before the event. Percentages apply to the total you have paid. The policy shown here is the one currently in force; the policy attached to your booking when it was created applies to that booking.

| 7 to 14 days before | 75% |
| 3 to 6 days before | 50% |
| Under 72 hours before | 25% |
| Under 24 hours before | 0% |
