Common questions
How much do I pay to confirm a booking?
A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining amount is paid in stages: 50% of the total a week before the event and the full amount 48 hours before.
Is my money safe?
Yes. Payments are held by our regulated payment partner and released to the artist only after your event completes.
When do I get the artist's contact details?
Right after your deposit is paid. Until then, all conversation happens through the platform chat.
What if I need to cancel?
Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown before you confirm: 90% back 15+ days out, 75% at 7–14 days, 50% at 3–6 days, 25% within 72 hours, and no refund within 24 hours — always computed on what you've paid.
What if the artist cancels or doesn't show up?
You get a full refund, and we help you find a replacement. Artists who cancel face penalties on our platform.
How are artists verified?
Every profile is reviewed by our team — identity, performance videos, pricing and payout details — before it goes live.
What affects an artist's final price?
Distance and travel, performance duration, equipment needs, the date and season. The written quote itemises everything.
Who do I contact on the day of the event?
Our support team is on call on event day — the contact is in your booking page after confirmation.
